Stern External Volume Controller - Cabinet Mounting

This handy device enables you to adjust the volume on most Stern SAM, SPIKE, & SPIKE 2 system pinball machines without opening the coin door.  The unobtrusive switch is mounted in the extra opening just below the start button (if a tournament button is installed in this opening it will have to be removed).  This button can be used anytime when the game is on or being played.

This volume controller WILL work on:

• Stern SAM machines - USA (domestic)
• Stern SPIKE 1 machines - USA (domestic) and non-USA (exported)
• Stern SPIKE 2 machines - USA (domestic) and non-USA (exported)
  

This volume controller is NOT compatible with:

• Stern SAM machines - non-USA (exported) as these do not have the required 6-pin Z connector
• Stern SPIKE 3 - as these cabinets do not have the required cut-out hole 

This requires the circle cutout available on Stern SPIKE 2 machines.  It is not compatible with SPIKE 3.  For spike 3, purchase the coin door mount volume control.
