By making a payment with Pixels & Pinball, LLC, you agree to the following:

All sales are final. No returns are accepted.

If the customer refuses delivery, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Customer must fully inspect package before signing Bill of Lading from freight delivery. It is critical to understand that items that are damaged due to freight are only returnable at time of delivery. Once the Bill Of Lading is signed by customer, it is assumed that the game is received in good condition and therefore a claim cannot be filed. If the Delivery Driver will not wait for you to completely unpack the freight, you must write, "Potential concealed damage" on the Bill of Lading.

If any damage is present, you must also immediately contact us to make a report. Minor damage including small scratches and nicks may be present on the item and represent normal wear from product packaging and transit. This damage does not warranty refusal of delivery or a product return.

Game setup and adjustments may need to be made after delivery. The customer is responsible for these adjustments. We will assist you via phone or email if you need help.

If there is a problem with the item and it is not in working order, the customer agrees to work with us to troubleshoot the problem.

All new items sold by Pixels & Pinball, LLC come with a factory warranty. This warranty varies by manufacturer.

All used items sold by Pixels & Pinball, LLC comes with a 30 day warranty.
